We are a NCQA-certified, full-service pediatric primary care practice with same-day and walk-in urgent care, not a stand-alone urgent care clinic. This allows your child to receive continuity of care from a trusted pediatric team while still having access to urgent pediatric services for sick visits, minor injuries, and after-hours needs.
Our experienced and compassionate providers offer the same advanced services you would expect from a pediatric urgent care center, including same-day sick visits, walk-in appointments, lacerations repair, on-site X-ray, sports and school physicals, vaccinations, behavioral health support, and allergy testing — all within a pediatric medical home designed for long-term wellness.

Kids don’t get sick on a schedule — and neither do parents. That’s why we offer same-day sick visits, walk-in pediatric urgent care, and evening and Saturday appointments for illnesses, minor injuries, and after-hours needs. No appointment required. We do encourage patients to call ahead to avoid delays.
Extended Hours, Evenings & Saturdays
We’re open Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM, so families can access after-hours pediatric care in the evenings and on Saturdays without missing school or work. We are a trusted alternative to the ER for non-life-threatening concerns.

At Starz Pediatrics, Dr. Shahzaib Mirza, MD, provides pediatric primary and urgent care services for newborns through age 21 in Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities.
With extensive training at Florida Hospital (Walt Disney Pavilion) in Orlando, Florida, and years of experience in pediatric urgent care, emergency medicine, and behavioral health, Dr. Mirza delivers high-quality care for same-day sick visits, walk-in urgent care, minor injuries, and after-hours pediatric needs.
Starz Pediatrics is a physician-led, private pediatric practice — not a large corporate healthcare chain. This allows us to maintain a higher level of personalized care, longer visit times, and greater continuity, so families are never rushed and every child is treated as an individual, not a number.
Understanding the demands of busy families, we offer evening and Saturday appointments, extended hours, and same-day scheduling, making it easy for parents to get expert care without missing work or school.
